I think you should wait for the BPL increases which will happen very soon, and that will sort Swansea out

I think it would be better just to make up Transfer budgets between the two of us? I do agree I would have a unfair advantage..

I am ok with whatever the majority agree. I just want the rules to be cast in stone and not change as we go along. The Results seem to be sorted and agreed, so it's just the Transfers.
