I have watched most of the Nations Cup tournaments since Afcon 2004 and yes the tournament has lost its touch but it’s not that bad as people are making it out to be. It’s still more entertaining than Copa America imo.
Anyways, I’m supporting Ivory Coast as I want Drogba to win Afcon! But I just know Ivory Coast will choke. Since 2006, they have gone to every tournament as golden favourites and still choked
Even though Moses had to leave Nigeria, maybe he felt like he still owed something to his country of birth rather than his adopted Nation? Good for him, Nigeria would be bubbling if they won the Afcon
Has Frimpong decided to play for Ghana?
I'm supporting the team that is the most skillfull, but I have a soft spot for Nigeria and Ghana!
I am supporting Cape Verde
I'm going to Cape Verde on holiday next month so I'll be shouting for them too.
I think Ivory Coast will finaly manage to win it with this generation, and Ethiopia will be the surprise team .
If Cape Verde has some fit men I will be supporting them too
