I am surprised to see an article like this after just 3 games. It's not like Liverpool fans to get ahead of themselves.
There are ten better than Cavani for me. You could go with Messi, Falcao, Suarez, RVP possibly but firstly some are debatable and secondly calling a couple of them strikers is pushing it.

If Liverpool had sold a young player who never really got much of a chance, then he left and he scored 3 goals in three games, I would certainly comment on it. just as you have.
He's made a good start that's all, but I've always thought he has talent and was under utilised at Chelsea given the form of Torres.
