I never said you said he's as good, but then again, nobody has said that and you still mug them off.

Cereal, you had the impression that I defend Giroud on this board. Well I will answer with what Lex said: "I am sorry for him" (or something like that). That it is what I think about him.

Third comment which I finally want to make is that the comparing between Drogba and Giroud is certainly obvious. Why? Both player relatively late in the PL League and both in the same age. Similar body and height. So that is what people compare. People on here forget that Drogba needed 2 season to get the status he finally reached. Giroud is only 7 months under difficult circumstancies at our club. So get a life here.

A last comment from here for the 50th Giroud article on this board (sorry I am a bit bored). The guy devided this board certainly. Some hate him and some like him or want give him at least a chance. Let us agree that we disagree and not being pathetic with comparisons, wums and yet another Giroud article.

Ibrahimovic is a world class player, whether you think he's the best or not is a different matter. So saying Giroud reminds you of him would suggest that they're similar players and that you rate Giroud.

I also thought in the Summer he would be a great replacement for Chamakh. Sadly I thought this because our liar manager said that Giroud was not a replacement for Van Persie. If I knew Giroud was going to replace him I would not have been happy. This is because Giroud is not top standard and since he has moved to Arsenal has looked worse than any of us thought he would be.
