Hazard is easily in the top 10 in the league. He is in my opinion the best dribbler.

I honestly think its close between Hazard and Mata. They have different qualities, Hazard can beat his man and open up teams. Mata has amazing vision and a great finish. Hazard is a lot better at holding up the ball too.

Also Kagawa is inferior to both Hazard and Mata, not just because of this year, but in general too. There is a reason Hazard had a £32 million price tag, its because hes one of the best wingers in the world. Mata too is better all round than Kagawa.

mata is a better footballer atm, and doesnt have much pace so really is a more intelligent player. however thats not to say hazard cant be better.

Hazard is a more raw talent. Mata has a greater understanding of the game. Both players make Carzola and Kagawa look average.

I'm surprised how underwhelming Kagawa has been. He suit Arsenal.
