lost every game and i found the last few really painful to play tbh.

I wonder if playing with fewer people its harder?

We played bad in at least 50-75% of my any games

Correction: I played bad

Defensively we were garbage both of us

Felt fine attacking though I scored about 6 goals and got 4 assists (albeit 2 goals and 3 assists as any)

So hard to defend especially against 90+ rated pro’s with 95 pace and trickery it’s stupid

Maybe CPU any but then ideally need it to match the opponent choice

I really hated that about pro clubs.

One solution was to make the overall rating of your AI player reflect what your star rating is to try and counter that a bit.

I don't know if that's possible but if you could surrender some of your skills to the Ai to improve then that might help the problem

From what I remember, nothing about the AI changes. They're overall low 80s maybe even mid 70s no matter what.

Iirc the more better division you are in the more better your AI teammates are. So division 9 AI will be slightly better than div 10 and so on.
