Charging money to see an interview I knew the finances were bad, but really?
so it was a loan that was not to be paid back
So why were rangers getting chased if they never handed over 1 thin dime in loans then?

Leo before 2010 you could have. Most big companys had ebt schemes of some sort available.
Many still do but they are very different now
