To be honest mate have no idea who he is up against for a place in the side so cant even hazzard a guess.

Squad player at best. Not Celtic quality and should be shown the door, just like Banger.

Actually like what I have seen of him. Lost count of how many times he has created a situation and then got into the right place to recieve the final pass only for one of our other players to go for a low percentage shot.
Very clever player and once him and a few other get a better understanding of each other can see some fruitful results coming from it

That's a fair enough point scotscelt.... Tunisia were just beat 3-0 by Ivory Coast, just thought the level he'd been playing at, I'd have thought he'd have been in the squad at most... Far as I know he has 3 caps to date...

theresgonnaebeashow - I think he's done more in his brief Celtic career thus far than Banger... Three tidy finishes, think he still has a decent chance of making a success of himself at Celtic.

Seen loads like that over the years. Fortune comes to mind for one. Dumplings the lot of them.

Well that probebly explains why Bangor wasnt in the Ivory Coast squad then

Probebly is more indicative as to the style of fitba we play.

So we should give the style of play that has led to Hooper scoring loads and give it all up to fit everything around Nouioui.

I think not.

Banger is from Sierra Leone...

Dont think he's suggesting that, theresgonnabeashow... Just unfair to write him off this early, he's shone in comparison to Miku, who I dont think is a bad player either, it just hasnt clicked for him here yet...

Didnt say that mate
What I would say though is that if Lennon keeps progressing in management as I hope he does then hopefully we can intergrate players with differet attributes.
If not then we severely cut down the pool of talent out there from which to add quality to the squad. Again this is not specific to any current or past players

Well that would explain it even more 88

Jeez...... where do you start with Miku?

Just why did we sign these guys?

And then there's the goalie we've never seen. Even below our own kid in the pecking order. Has he been hunted back to where he came from yet?

Yeah Lubos Kamenar has returned to Nantes. If theyve been low cost it has done little harm bringing these players in to have a look at them if they are young. Theres been plenty of good players unearthed in recent years.

I'm really starting to like the look of him, he creates a lot of chances for other players, seems to pick out a player when crossing the ball instead of just lumping it into the middle like so many other players.

I think he's firmly the 3rd choice forward behind Hooper and Samaras at the moment.

I get annoyed by him in games.

Then he normally rubs it in by scoring

He'll be the next Sammy then.

Lassad and Samaras linked up great for Hooper's first goal vs Utd the other day, give the guy a chance ffs. He'snot really put afoot wrong and has scored a couple of good goals. His finish vs Hearts was superb.

Here's a scenario for you

Let's say Hooper goes off to the EPL next week or even at the end of the season. Would you follow through the interest in Austin from Burnley as a replacement or would you make Lassad the main man and not bother with a replacement?

I'd go for Austin myself.

I dont think Pistol will spend the money needed for Austin... With the CL money, likely money for Hooper, likely money for Wanyama and money still there from the sale of Ki, Celtic are as rich as theyve ever been. I just dont think Pistol will be spending more than about £4m until Rangers return.

The fruits of this season will go towards safeguarding the clubs future, and hopefully a few more players will step up to the fore next season to keep that co-efficient rising.
