A transition element is a d block element which forms a stable ion with an incomplete d-sub shell.

a transition team is a group of players who can form a decent team with an incomplete striker.

We are in transition but don't look like escaping, it's the Arsenal trap, we say we are in transition every year but we never exit. That's scary

So because he mistimed a tackle that means he's not eager to impress?

Again nonsense.

We stay in transition because of Roman and him sacking managers. No other reason

Best team in the league?? which league?, the one that starts after the 2 manchester clubs?

His decision making is also awful, when he should cross it in as we have players waiting in the middle he runs at the full back, when he should run at the defender as we have no option in the middle he crosses. Marin is a really good dribbler, almost like Hazard but lacks everything else.

If he his eager to impress he wont try getting sent off the first chance he gets.

I don't think it would matter as much with the manager thing if didn't completely start anew on the squad in 2010

Roman just gets bored. Bored of seeing the same face in the dugout all the time. Nothing wrong with a bit of a change now and again

He should sign Big Ron then he wouldn't have to worry on that front

Oscar is not going to be used in the same role as Mikel - why keep bringing it up!!!!

I don't blame Roman for sacking AVB or Scolari anymore. I was angry at the time but looking back they were utterly useless. bad man management, dodgy tactics(high line) and no focus on the short term. I actually think if AVB came in this year instead of last he would be doing better than Rafa. AVB was the right man at the wrong time

Oh so you have just confirmed that a mistimed tackle equates to a player not being eager to impress.
I'll leave it at that.

If they are so eager to impress they will try to concentrate fully on the game, make right decisions and help the team out by fufilling your role. Joe Cole done this when he rarely started in 2005 and he forced his way in.

Marin vs QPR was the exact opposite.

Oscar wil be converted into our first choice LB

It'll be interesting to see who replaces the spot left by Cole when he inevitably goes

Luke Shaw. Bertrand is decent but not good enough to start.

I doubt the club would trust him, they don't have the "if you're good enough, you're old enough" policy.

Southampton are fortunate they have 2 very good young fullbacks

I hope they are the ones who make it as first choice in the England team

True, most likely situation is we don't bid, Everton sign him for 12 mil after Baines goes to United. Then we bid 35 million in the next transfer window as a replacement to Cole.

The plus point is that we should in theory be his most preferred destination

Bertrand has had limited opportunities at LB and yet he isn't good enough

posted on 26/1/13

Certainly not good enough to replace Cole but that's no shame

He is a Chelsea fan as well, big plus.

Bertrand has had limited opportunities because he isen't good enough.

Funny how you want us to have a three man midfield of Mikel, Rami and Frank when this same midfield was abysmal under Carlo.
Too lethargic and lacks creativity.
