If he's no in shape, then he'll struggle to start...
Forrest was excellent against Wolves
that should have read ''Ki is the best striker of a ball at the club, only Commons comes close
my opinion anyway
Without him in January where would our goals have came from I wonder?
Hard to believe but we are still in pre-season!!!
Kris Boyd was huge, and well out of shape. But he scored goals.
We have enough runners in our team, if he puts the ball in the net it won't matter so much. He was chunky last season and look what he did.
If he improved his fitness he's be playing for a premiership team quite easily.
His weight is where he gets the power from, if hooper and stokes are 20+ yards from goal the ball will be lucky to make it the distance.
Commons uses those pies to piledrive shots, similar in a way to Alan Thompson.
Get him bigger I say.
He has looked a yard off the pace so far this season. Needs to get fit and will see another good year out of him hopefully.
Should have also mentioned I reckon his form will coincide with Brown getting back in the side (after his suspension) , so he can move back onto the LW where is more effective
hailparadise - We've played 1 game this season! You can't say he's off the pace just yet.

Yes I can - he looked a yard off the pace in comparison to the others in the side. He plays best on the LW though so will be better when Bron is back and Ledleys goes back to CM.
Not fancy backing your team? Instead of slating the players after 1 game (which we won 2-0)
Return_Of_The_Pie - aka NumberOnePie - Who's not backing their team? He looked off the pace anybody with two eyes could see that. We have a big enough squad that if he doesnt get in shape he will be out the side (unlike rangers).
Bit of a pointless dig at Rangers there.
Give the boys some backing. One game doesnt make you a bad player.
If he scores the winner in our next game i'll be reminding you of your comments.
My article gives the lad plenty of backing. Is it wrong to want him to do even better and reach his full potential?
