Cause they were told they were allowed to when the club was sold to a new company.
My point is that Duke is claiming it's proof that The Rangers are the same club because they still have coefficent points for 12/13, but so do Unirea & Timisoara - it's only there for the countries coefficent purposes.

No I was imply pointing out that we still feature as we always have done on the web site of UEFA.
Plenty of organisations state we have 140 years of unbroken history
See various lists above.
Now I have asked quite a few times for anyone to give me 2 organisations that disagree however this seems a bit difficult so lets make it 1.
Members of the "Wooden Gun and Fake Moustache Society" disagree....
They cant Duke,
Everyone knows we are the same club.
Just type 'Rangers' into google and it even gives a summary that the club currently in the SFL3 was founded in 1872. Its that obvious.

Because the SPL voted not to transfer the SPL share when the club was sold to the NewCo. We therefor needed a new place to play. Pretty simple really.
Why are there not two Rangers?
Because there is only one economic entity which Charles Green bought which is the mighty Glasgow Rangers. Most successful football club in Scotland.
there are - there's the original one, which is still going today, and the one you think died.

Why do you have no vote in the reconstruction process?
Associate members of SFL do not have a vote.
See what you have to understand is that the SFL have a rulebook that they ACTUALLY FOLLOW.
SPL should try it sometime....
