Poor Journalism as Usual- Not even done thier Homework on rejected bids.
Why would Robert Snodgrass want to go to Wigan?
Even he's not that silly.
We rejected 3.5m from delia.
You wonder why he has not been playing? Is he really unfit? Wigan have the cash and a whole on the wing.
Not saying I believe it but I reckon there is some truth to them being interested.
There are a lot of teams interested. He isnt unfit, he's injured.
Bates will take between £6-8 million for Snoddy- The Bid is laughable for an up and coming international player.
Every player has their price but you are wasting your fans time even discussing a bid of £2.5 Million.Bates says he not for sale.
As I said £2.5m is a joke but I bet Bates would take less than the £8m
Yes he would- as I said between £6 and £8 million and he would be sold.
£3-5 million would be great if it was used to get some quality players in...but it will be safely tucked away in a Monaco bank account...undisclosed fee time!
If Wigan meet Bates valuation Snoddy will be gone as sure as eggs are eggs. I don't think we're very far away from the fans asking wtf is going on!

Do you think Wigan will offer £6m to £8m for Robert Snodgrass?
Dave Whelan @ Wigan
Ken Bates @ Leeds
a right pair together , i say give em a pair of boxing gloves and see whats left !!!! lol
undisclosed fee!..
What does that mean exactly?..
Does it mean Bates is holding something back?..
Or does it mean if someone else is lined up that their price may rise if its known how much a team get for a player!..
If a bid has been made, then I'd think more will come, because Snoddy is one of the hottest propertys in the League, and there's a lot of teams looking in!..
One thing for sure, if the price isn't right then he'll stay, if it is right then we'll know soon enough!..
Fees are always straightforward to find out if you know how and rest assured managers, agents, club executives know how.
All contracts have to be registered before a player registration will be allowed.
Think how many people get to see or know about the contract details. The player, his agent(s), their staff, his family and friends, agent's mates and friends, their lawyers and accountants, both clubs' executives, lawyers and agents, FL and FA executives, lawyers and accountants etc etc the list goes on.
All of them have gobs on them and like to show how 'in' they are.
I found out the details of Lonergan's transfer in hours of enquiring of a friend with whom I went to college many years ago and is now, well, don't want to get him into trouble so I had best not say.
wildorange!.
Did the cat get out of that bag?.
I think if left up to bates then he would sell him for 2.5 million. However I think SG would then prob resign, leaving him without a manager
Eric
It depends how much they want him. They have just pocketed £9.5M from Villa and they have a bloke called McArthey who is is being linked with a big money move away from Wigan. My guess is Bates would take £5M for Snoddy but what do I know.

Anyone thought that Snodgrass might want to go, he will see the lack of ambition being shown at ER added with the fact that he will double his wages and put himself in the premier spotlight so even if Wigan go down if he has a good season he will be able to move on.
And if he wants to go then thats it all that needs to be done is agree a fee and it might not be as much as people think.
I say again, why would Robert Snodgrass want to go to Wigan? All the money in the world wouldn't tempt you would it? It's not even as lively as Cleckheaton!!
