The majority of Cleverley's future will be without Fergie so the OP is dead wrong

Just interested to know. How will Man Utd fans feel when Van Persie (an Arsenal product) wins you the Premier League this season? Knowing most of you, you will feel indifferent and say that it's irrelevant, he's a Man Utd player now. However, if I was born into supporting a s c u m team that is given every benefit by officials etc to win things I don't think It would make me happy that a gooner was the key reason for my teams success. Considering that 75% of you are glory supporters / have no relation to or real reason to be following Man Utd I suppose this wont affect you and hasn't even been considered yet.

Just curious though, you follow.

I would be wound up as well if we had Carrick and Anderson in the middle instead of Jack Wilshere.

I agree with the premise of this article. It's very true that while Jack stays at Arsenal, with Wenger and the current in charge, Jack will never win as many trophies as his talents deserve.

But the facts are also, that Tom Cleverly is a pile of shiet and not fit to lace Wilshere's boots.

I see, we like our average players though, they manage to do things Arsenal hasn't done in almost a decade

I remember back in the old 606 days I'd occasionally go on the Arsenal board for some civilised discussion. That is long since gone. Is it due to a new wave of kids on the board? Or is it a symptom of the insecurity that comes from not having won a trophy for such a long time.

(Granted, this kind of thread will never bring out the best of a supporter, or the best kind of poster, but the point stands more generally.)

Actually this isn't correct. Your average players are just average. It's you exceptional players that have done all the work and will win the league.

These exceptional players include:

Van Persie.
