Well they did beat Liverpool.

It's time for Robbo and Winkie to plan for next season, they can cancel the loans of Hartley and Lines, both a waste of a loan.

As for Lewie and Semi, they are turning into the Chuckle Brothers, with the mistakes they are making.

I am seriously beggining to wonder if Robinson is the right man for the job.
The performances since the QPR game have been well below par, players need to have a good look at themselves.
If you had told me a month ago we would be 13th I would not have believed it, not making the play offs will be a serious under achievement.

But who is to blame is it the manager, his assistant and coach or is it the players.

The loan signings that have come in have not worked, and are not up to the calibre required.
We cant score goals, Mcloud looks to be a dud.
Other clubs have picked up better loan signings than us, including todays opponents.
We have needed a good striker since Baldock left, and STILL havent got one.
These failing would appear to sit with the management.

However sendings off and schoolboy errors are the players fault.

This might sound daft but I am now starting to look at the teams below us rather than the play off places.
Most of the teams above us are doing their utmost to give us a chance, as many are dropping points, but we cant capitalise on their mistakes.

The atmosphere and performance against QPR was superb but the bubble has well and truly burst.

Where do you think its all gone wrong, and who is to blame ?.

Robinson.

He jsut doesn't have a plan B, and after lst season most of the clubs know how to play MK Dons, you let them have 2rds of the pitch for most of the game and defend then take the breaks when you can.

Its the tactics that are wrong. Charlie MacDonald scored today, Jabo has scored 5 at Colchester so its not as if the strikers can't score. Its just Robinsons obsession wit the midfield - you only need to look at the loanees to see this is true.

I wonder if i is too late for him to talk to Blackpool

I think you can put it down to the following (in no particular order):

The sendings off
Strikers not scoring
Injuries to Chadders & Gleeson
The lack of variation, except when we are losing
Not getting the players we wanted
The loan players not performing
Loss of John Gorman
Bad mistakes at the back
Being out muscled
Shooting and Passing not being up to stratch.
Too slow in the build up

I think we lack a player with a bit of steel and motivational skills. You would have thought Smith,Kay or Mackenzie could be this person but sadly not. also the talk of small squad/budget is wearing a bit thin when you look at Yeovil,Tranmere and Stevenage. I hope we can turn it around but we seem to be sinking fast!

Furzdonny, I agree with all the things you say, but the worrying thing is its a very long list.

I cannot see what Harford and Wright are doing to earn their wages.

I dont like to say it but my sons are Charlton fans and said he was useless, how did he manage to score so many goals for Portsmouth.
The only answer is its the system we are playing.
Clubs know how to play us, and they are happy to let us have possession.

I cannot see we have any chance of the play offs now, and with Barnsley improving an FA Cup exit next week will end our season.
Dare I say it the season is starting to remind me of the one where Robinson took over, where it all just petered out with a wimper.

Yesterday we gifted them their first 2 goals with yet again poor mistakes from lewie and otso.
It was good to have Powell n McKenzie back in the starting line up and even better when chadders came on.

Lines was pretty poor. And I am fed up with Bowditch. Just faffing around and falls over to try n claim a free kick.

Should have had McLeod on from the start and smith followingup.

Unless the line up and commitment changes we r getting no where near the top 6 this season.

In all of this I really don't know what Mick Hartford is contributing.

But we could have been so much better yesterday with a different line starting line up from those available.
