Top 4, quarter final in Cl, Carling cup and F.A cup
Top 4, but hopefully with the basis of a younger team moving forward.
oh and I hope after spending 13m on a release clause, should we get 3rd place and a younger team, that we start the following season with the same Manager.
It all seems a bit doom and gloom at the bridge these days, is this article as a result of missing out on Pastore?
I think if you got Modric that might make the difference.

Rooneysnewcomb oh yeah and before you ask, Rambo used to be my cousin. (U8591)
this article is base on reality mate. its not about pastore.we didnt even a make a bid 4 him.well never know. i rather to see josh or beni as our creative CAM then go out and splash 40 mil for unproven epl player.

Not doom and gloom just realistic
Unlike Scouser we won't delude ourselves into thinking we are world beaters when we are simply not.
I actually had a dream last night that Anelka had agreed a move to PSG
I said at the time, buying Anelka would be a big mistake and it has been, when you compare players like him to the likes of Barca or even Real players its understandable.
City are now a better team than us IMO
Top 4 - just. I'm hoping Andre and Robbie will prove to be a s-it-hot management team, and using the talent we already have take us boldly forward. And everyone, including Roman, will be so thrilled at our progress he will keep them on for another 5 years - during which time we'll make some very wise purchases and bring on many more of our talented young players. We'll become the most respected and powerful team in the country.
That's why I'm so excited by this coming season, and I don't much care if we don't win anything - I just want to see progress.
Agree with bloomike, not bothered at all if we don't win this season because at the end of it all the deadwood will be gone and hopefully are transition will be complete.
After this season, no more Anelka
With this team, In my opinion I would be happy if we finished in the top 4 (devastated if we didnt!!) and we won the carling cup playing some of our younger players for experience and got to the quarters of the fa cup and quarters of the champions league.
If I was chairman, that would be my minimum expectations
If we invested and purchased Lukuku, Pastore, Modric and/or Falcao I would be expecting much better than this and would be expecting to challenge for the title and also in europe, although, again, I think Barcelona will just be too good, Its Barcelona's "time" at the moment, Madrids time will come in the next 1-2 years
going back to the premiership, I honestly think its there for the taking between us, man utd and city for 2-3 years dominance
Top4? Where's the ambition? This squad can easily finish top 3 and maybe even challenge for the top 2.
