Maybe they are like Warnock. And say it as they see it.They probably see and hear more than us at times. If the manager kept quiet in public and said what he needs to his players privately, people would not not come to those conclusions.

Who could do better in the circumstances?

Who would you want?

The criticism of Warnock is bad enough in itself, but to be behind Grayson and against Warnock is ridiculous.

At least you were against Grayson, LIW.

Clive

I don't think you can really know how a manager works until he's been at your club.

I thought I'd really like warnock

But

Can't stand how he works

Can't stand how he sets up the team

Can't stand how he s la gs off players in public

Can't stand how he says what he thinks the fans want to hear, soon worked him out in that regard

Can't stand his chopping and changing constantly

Can't stand is poor subs

Can't stand his buying of mates and giving them long contracts

Can't stand his policy of older players

Can't stand his fooking ugly old smug face on the touchline

He sets us up to be difficult to beat, surely that's better than some of the embarrassing scorelines we've been on the wrong end of?

Grayson always blamed the players for our heavy defeats. Warnock takes responsibility, he never hangs players out to dry.

Grayson used to chop and change by dropping our best players, Warnock's changes are sometimes governed by injury and he tries to pick a team best suited to the opposition, you can usually understand his changes, it's not as though they've come out of a hat.

We don't have the quality in our squad to make game changing substitutions. Grayson gained a reputation for making good subs by bringing on Gradel, Beckford, Becchio and Howson.

Has Paddy Kenny been poor?

We had a lot of young players and needed more experience. He's signed players at 29/30/31, not players well into their 30s. There aren't many loans, just like under McAllister, yet Bates was blamed for the loans.

He's over 20 years older than Grayson, yet his shiny big head and backcombed hair is better than Grayson's gormless face and bald spot.

Who would do better?

Who do you want?

'Grayson's gormless face' When we were getting hammered Grayson's vacant but worried look on the touchline was priceless. Looked like he didn't have a clue what was going on. I can laugh about it now, but at the time it was terrible.

He never blamed Peltier, blames White, Byram and Becchio, doesn't blame Kenny.

Clive, surely even you can see the link?

What was Peltier to blame for?

When did he blame White?

Byram is like his signing because he promoted him to the first team and has played him more than anyone else, he criticised him for one bad mistake.

Becchio was engineering a transfer.

He's acknowledged the couple of mistakes Kenny has made.

Peltier had several bad games at LB and then Warnock stated that he was better than White. You don't do that.

He was asked why Peltier was playing there ahead of Aidy White, he said there wasn't much difference. What was he supposed to say that he thought White was better but Peltier came out of the hat?

Tell me a mistake that Peltier made at left back.

I thought your name was ironic mocking of people who turn on managers for no reason, it turns out that's how you actually feel.

Clive when when was the last time you went to a game?

You know rock all about Leeds. Just constantly guessing. Deary me.

posted on 10/2/13

Peltier was rubbish at left back, everyone thought so.That would not have given any inspiration to a young footballer, knowing someone playing badly in a position is regarded as better than yourself.

Clive, its a little obvious that a lot of people think the same about Warnock as you do Grayson!..

How does it feel?..

Your defending of him and the usual crap against the other just shows how unstable you are, the more you do it the more one thinks its more personal then life itself!..

Why don't you just put us all out of our misery's and let us know what your problem with Grayson is, because you sound like your not that far of doing yourself in!..

People get paid for looking after people with problems you know, the only problem is they might not know how to treat yours!.

Why does critcising Grayson make me unstable, but critcising Warnock is fine?
