The Hitman games I mean

I never bothered...its like 6 years since the last one so not sure how much storyline you'll miss out on..It follows on apparently but I don't feel by not playing the previous one that I've missed out

Is it open world style, as in you choose how to take your targets down, or are you required to follow everything to the letter?

posted on 15/2/13

yer its open enough think there's a dozen ways of killing each main target...one draw back is there's quite a lot of cut scenes but you can skip them

tried doing the don't change your suit challenge on the shaving lenny mission

what a b i +ch, can kill all the targets easily enough but can't incapacitate lenny without changing my disguise

I played that through a few times by shooting him before realising it was him (simple enough mistake the first time) but I did it 3 times I blame the wife for talking

Sleeping pills in the pizza?

Not open world but there are almost always tons of ways to get the job done with different play styles, different items and actions etc. Some of the levels are pretty big as well.

I watched a walkthrough of Blood Money (the previous game, on PS2) on YouTube while I was waiting for the game to arrive. There's not too much to know really.

That's great mate, cheers. I had a look at the box before Christmas and thought it looked good but as I'd not played any of the others I didn't want to risk it.

Definitely going to get this

It is very good I ordered from Amazon for £17 including postage and it arrived quickly.

I'd still watch vids of the previous games. Good to see what sort of missions there are and know what backstory there is. I might actually buy Blood Money for PS2

how did you kill Layla?

if you poison the sushi she'll walk off the building

I did that sexy 47 laser dodging in the room.

I spent ages searching for the keycard to get into the library though

it's funny how clumsily i played this game first time round

it's why i've been going around trying to do as many of the challenges as i can be bothered with. some of them (mostly the 1 suit ones) are bloody infuriating

when it came to dealing with Layla if you can sneak into her chambers she actually tries to seduce 47 before you kill her

my mate tells me you can also harpoon her!

posted on 15/2/13

I know you can drop the whale skeleton on her as I've read about it in features and reviews etc. Will look for the harpoon next time.

Also ended on a bit of a cliffhanger, although the main story was resolved it left it open for the another game
