Walcott has been on form pretty much all season so he should be in the top 5 of the season so far.

For me..

Michu
RVP
Walcott
Mata
Rafael

walcott is a stats player and a flat track bully, same as giroud, look at his stats they arent bad but when you look at how they perform in the big games they are found wanting, mata, rvp, fellaini, suarez, michu and fellaini and rafael and zabaleta have all been better than walcott

I wouldn't quite agree with that. This season alone Walcott has scored in Schalke, against Chelsea, Everton, Spurs and Liverpool and last season had similar stats and scored in the big games against United, Spurs and Chelsea.

He's definitely not a flat track bully!

in the big games against utd when they lost 8-2 you mean

posted on 18/2/13

but when you compare him to say rvp, who has won us pretty much every big game in the PL this season its no comparison

That's fair. But tbh, Mata, RVP and Suarez are in the very top tier and Walcott is probably around the top of the next tier down. His talent and stats would be noticed more if he was in a team that weren't as tragic as Arsenal this season and he didn't have the disappointing previous years as a millstone around his neck.

And besides, if he stars against Munich tomorrow night he might start changing your mind

i will give you a million pounds if he wins the motm award tomorrow and arsenal win

Hey, it's not outside the realms of possibility that Walcott, Arsenal's best player of the season plays well and they beat Bayern, a team that struggles in England
