Yes. Is there any relevance to Giroud in your comment?
now he goes all serious...
You mention his work ethic but I dont think he has that great a work ethic. There are too many times he just trots around the pitch not doing anything and a few defensive headers does not make a work ethic.
On top of that hes too slow and not technically good
enough.
You say that its not as easy to get goals now as it was when Nasri, Fabregas and Hleb were playing but Giroud (when he plays) is the central striker and focal point. The comparison has to be RVP when we were playing 4-3-3 and how many did he have at this point last year. Dont get me wrong, I dont expect Giroud to get as many as him, but thats the comparison for a top striker.
His work ethic cannot be questioned, he runs his socks off every game. I rarely see him trotting around the pitch, unless he's catching his breath or something.
And comparing him to arguably the best striker in the world is ridiculous.
I heard that Borini is so bad, that is he is almost as bad as carroll
@ I am gooner now
I am suprised of your comment. Criticise the ability of Giroud. Its up to you. But please the guy is one of the most hard working players that we have. He worked his socks off against Sunderland e.g. His committment to this club is spot on. You can not ask for more.

What do you make of Rev's comment, TOOR? Do you agree with it?
If Borini was any worse, he'd be as good as carroll
If carroll was any better, he'd be as good as Borini
