Yeah TBOK that's the way to go. Especially in London you could make a tidy buck. My place is near the school and 5 mins from the Underground.

I just need to pick up Gas and Electricity certificates, sign the tenancy agreements, and it's off. Good money coming in too.

No, the whole house. Lot of interest from professionals and eastern europeans due to location.

Make sure you look into it properly TBOK. See if the location is perfect for maximum profit.

Not read The Wenger Code, IAWT.

Got a few Arsenal books to read, but prefer reading fiction, tbh.

Probably why I find Serial's posts so entertaining.

Not really. I've got an agency doing the work and they charge 7% commision. With the rent i'm getting that's a reasonable charge. They do the full house management.

*Cheap shot that, Serial.

I apologise.

And with your two young daughters, the cash will come handy for a long time.

I'm bored to death at night Lex so looking for some books to read.
Ideally they would be AFC/football related.

I'm not a fiction type. I prefer actual facts/history.

No worries Lex! I'm accustomed to those comments!
