No TBOK. The very reliable "Der Spiegel" reported that there was agreement between Dortmund and Bayern that if Lewandowski would move to Bayern and not abroad, Bayern will not go for Reus.
Rummenigge said that there is nothing in that report and denied that agreement.

As if Bayern would honour that agreement if it existed

That is the question....indeed but it would explain why Bayern already saying they have no interest in Reus at all.
"I really do think that Paul Scholes may have to rethink his comments about Wayne Rooney not fulfilling his true potential. It's not entirely his fault that he has had to play in Manchester United and England teams that have fallen short of expectations."
For 3 points, who said this?

Someone from BBC. Savage or Crooks.
Oh yeah maybe McNulty, Dot's favourite
Man Utd winning PL and CL double in 2008 - Fallen short of expectations.....Ronaldo leaves.....suddenly they stop winning so much....could it be Rooney was carried by the superior players around him?
No - It's everyone else's fault.
It's Lee Bowyer's fault Rooney has managed a glorious one World Cup goal for England.

It's the raisin
Ronaldo was Utd's main man when they won the double, Rooney a supporting cast
After Ronaldo left, Rooney was the main man at Utd, and their success was patchy - Then RvP became their main man for a season and they ran away with the title.
If Ronaldo and RvP can carry a team like that, and Rooney can't, then there's a very simple inference to be made
Rooney has always been horrifically overrated.
