Well see that was gonna be kinda half my point.

I like the guy when he's Arseblog's sidekick. He's funny (occasionally at least) and even though he rarely seems to have an opinion that opposes his Irish chum, he rounds out points quite nicely and is agreeable listening company.

His writing though is bizarre. Genuinely don't know which demographic he intends to appeal too. Too obvious (as you say) for intelligent Gooners - or even thick ones with half an eye on the club's day to day dealings (or lack of) - too unoriginal in football fans of other clubs with a passing interest in what rival clubs are up to, and too dry to appeal to the light hearted brigade that just want to read something to lift their spirits, even if it ultimately is telling them something they already know.

Can only think his target audience are the Junior Gunners. And Africans.
