I run but don't take any kind of supplements! I love food too much for eating powder and pills!

Well need a supplement that's primarily for muscle building, and avoiding weight gain as much as it can. What should I look for?
Been working out for like 6 months now, getting pretty toned and want to bulk up a bit, the problem is that I put on weight very easily around the midriff so I imagine if I start taking loads of shakes I'd have to work too hard to keep the weight off?

Really hard to gain muscle without weight gain! They usually come together.
However, if you increase your cardio (gentle to avoid muscle stress) and try to fractionate your intake (instead of having 3 meals, try to have 5 but still same amount of calories)

I got an email from a russian professor who has developed a super mega fast miracle muscle gainer, so will send him a cheque today for that.
He's very good, but still hasn't sent me the super mega pen1sss growth pills from last month!
