Plot twist
J99 IS David Dein?!

He was talking about getting rid of the nice culture at the clubI agree with him.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes but it infers that the off-pitch nice culture effected the on-field performance, or else why mention it?
Being nicey nice has NO effect on on-field performance. Not being able to form a simple defensive structure does have an effect on on-field performance.
Basically Sagna was an utterly SHIIIT right back and he doesn't deserve Ludivine.

Sagna was awful. No coincidence he was released by a relegated Serie B side.

That's a terrible comeback. Firstly i have played football. Being caaants on the pitch doesn't help or lift your performance. Knowing your job does.
The only thing that Sagna could be inferring is that despite being trash there was no leaders to call individuals into account. But again, that's Wenger's fault.
No direction, no guidance, no accountability.

Sagna is trying to shift the blame away from Wenger by saying the players didn't man up.
But in fact we had plenty of leaders on the pitch. RVP, Arshavin, Cesc, Vermaelen. We just sold them all.

He was talking about when he was there. We were clearly a good team when he was there.
It's a mix of both of what we're saying. Bollocking people will get them to remember to fulfill the role they don't wanna do (e.g marking your man, following back, staying in position). That starts by changing the pussssyhole culture at the club.

Can't tell if being serious or not. With all of those, not just arshavin which is clearly a wum.
Arshavin was SOOO good man. Probably the best attacker we've ever had at the club behind Bergkamp and Ozil. Will never forget Wengy for the way he was treated.
