I know more and have interacted with more black american's than you do, I have a lot of family that's black American, I've been there many times, I'm involved in a relation. with them, been in the poor areas, middle class areas.

She employed black americans and hispanics, the hispanics wonderful workers, the blacks people she always had issues with like coming late, not turning up etc.
When she tried to pull them up about it, they accused her of being racist because she spoke in an English accent
Also I've heard many times from black americans that Black people in Europe are not black enough because of how we just integrate well in the society. What in the earth is to be "black enough"

I've skipped through past the pleasantries and the guy has just said that the reason there are many single parent families in black communities of American is because of the welfare state
I pass on the ready tbh, you can't just trot out a black guy and have him say racism doesn't exist and think that settles the debate

So, if indeed the black Americans were lazy or not showing up, maybe look at the root cause as to 'why'.
