But you understand it was the youth manager being promoted to head coach for a group of special players he had a hand in developing! That is instant respect and understanding of what the manager wants.

What exactly had Arteta done in his management career to warrant Arsenal's job? But it was a new voice so they listened for a while. But for experienced players the same old gets boring unless you can impress them with his genius.

And I just don't think Arteta is all that bright!

Brentford are 2nd in Championship and looking good for automatic promotion. Would doubt he'd want to rock the boat by sacrificing guaranteed playing time to being on the bench for us.
