That's what they said on Sky anyway. But even if they didn't say that, I don't see why else we'd offer him a new contract if we didn't think he had some value. It's clear some people at the club rate him.

I obviously don't rate him btw the guy lacks too many fundamental qualities to be a top PL player. and he's anonymous most games.

should have sold him last year.

The guy isnt good enough, whether Arteta is manager or whether it's someone else. Nketiah's lack of quality would not have improved with a different manager.
