Dan James moved from United to Leeds for 25M. We have sold Joe for 22M+add ons.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Actually makes Joe Willock deal look good. Dan James was a first team regular not so long ago and is only 23.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Only in your books to underline your agenda
----------------------------------------------------------------------
And what would that be?

GT, it's very simple. We're over stocked with players. We need to sell to buy. This has nothing to do with the owners
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I understand that but why havent we done it already? Or at least loan them and make a later choice like Chelsea done with their deadwood.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Because no one wants to buy our dross, so we're waiting until someone is interested, and we're happy with their offer.

I recollect your disgust when Roma offered us €12m for Xhaka. Or did you just want the club to get rid, whatever the offer?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Xhaka is a different case because we dont wanted him gone in the first place.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
No, Xhaka is a different case for you because you rate him.

The club cannot accept any shiete offer, for any of the players. Doesn't matter if it's Xhaka, Bellerin, AMN etc

Barkley is the only who would fill a need.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Was replying to GTs constant belief Chelsea have cleared their deadwood, not advocating us take any of their players.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
They havent I agree but they loaned the players and take into a account to make a loss on them. Bakayoko is the best example.

Arteta hasnt got a clue of football. Edu is a tool. Xhaka is a scapegoat that hold all the players back.

Bakayoko is an example of awful business. Signed him for a massive fee, he flopped, and they have been desperately trying to sell him for 3 years. Cannot, so have to loan him out.

That what I am saying DJ. I want Arsenal Football Club to act like that. Otherwise serious competition without this ruthlessness isnt possible about a title challenge or top 4 football.

Whats that got to do with Dan James and Willock's value? Considering I wanted them to keep Willock. But looking at the fact that Dan James only went for £25m shows what we got for Willock was good value.

We gave Xhaka a contract extension. That's awful football business

You want Arsenal to overpay on players, see them flop, then struggle to get them off the books for years, having to send them on loan because no-one wants to buy them, while their value goes down and down despite them performing well on loan?

Good news, GT. We are well ahead on that!

Apart from the fact Bakayoko cost more, there is not a lot of difference between his situation and Tiny Tears Torreira.

See....every club made mistakes in the transfer window. United, Chelsea, City all the clubs brought serious flops.

I want us to deal with it and keep up the pace over decisions that needs to be made.

Maitland-Niles has been the subject of a bid from Everton - a two-year loan offer with an option to sign him permanently. Arsenal entered into talks with Everton but the offer has not yet been accepted. Maitland-Niles is under contract until 2023. [@David_Ornstein] #afc

LOL. No wonder we turned down that bid. Facking awful.

I want Arsenal to be more ruthless in the market and acting early and not on the last day in the TW.

You just want Arsenal to accept awful offers, except when it is Xhaka...

I do believe me. Gwendouzi turn out to be a priiiick which has nothing to do with his football.

When we brought Torreira he doesnt look a bad signing to me. He regressed and it doesnt worked out for him at Arsenal and maybe the PL wasnt the right League.

What, a two year loan deal and they sign him on a free when his contract has expired, especially after we rejected £20m last season?

Facking. Awful.
