How can it be consensual when the alleged victim has drank herself into a coma

posted on 28/7/22

So she says right? I haven't read the whole thing.

All he done is slapped her round the face with his cawq. Petey does that to his dead mawrm all the time.

Gordon Strachan called it right a few years ago. If it was a youth player accused of these things, they'd have instantly been kicked to the kerb. There's really no morals in football. Just hope the victim gets all the help she needs

Not a nice bloke for sure. But it really is he says/ she says situation. The conversation certainly sounds as if he is not denying it. But you don't know his side of it. For example if he had done that before and she was ok with it? I am not defending Partey but its never that simple if thats all there is.

It’s why all this BS with PL clubs promoting LBGTQ stuff, taking the knee etc is so pointless. Basically the equivalent of Trump leading a BLM rally

That’s BS though. Consenting with someone before is not a valid defence for rape/SA

Yeah there's definitely that. But end of the day he tried to force his coooock in her mouth when she wasn't able to consent.

You cannot tar all players by just selectively looking at a few. They are rich and entitled. But unfortunately I have met people who are worse. City is littered with them. I was actually warned of a job by the bloke interviewing me regarding the culture in the unit.

And so why hasn't he been charged?

I’m not talking about the players, I’m talking about the clubs. Arsenal have known about this for a year and have continued to play him and brush it under the carpet. You can be sure any other club would do the same thing, and then go on to preach about how welcome they are to diversity, anti-discrimination, etc

I no longer think partey was injured after that international break. They kept him out, then brought him back in when he paid her off.

posted on 28/7/22

And so its implied by the text conversation. Proving that it actually happened and thats what Partey meant by the responses when his side of the story is heard is going to be impossible. which is why I suspect they dropped this.

But by her going public is going to prejudice the other two cases and really undermine them.

Whats it got to do with Greenwood. His bail is conditional so I suspect he has been charged.

What has diversity and discrimination got to do with Partey having a poor character?

Arsenal must be getting a completely different side of the story from Partey to be taking this risk surely

posted on 28/7/22

He hasn’t been charged with anything. And the point I’m making is even though there is clear evidence that Greenwood is at the very least a domestic abuser, he still hasn’t been charged with anything. All these PL footballers and their clubs have the best lawyers in the world and will use every trick in the book to get away with the shiiiit they get up to.

Whether Partey is charged or convicted is really irrelevant. If Arsenal are the classy club they portray themselves to be then Partey would have been suspended a year ago without pay.

easy to pick on a young guy with a fiery temper who can be used as an example for Arteta to show who's in charge, yet when a player is actually a r/pe suspect... nah, on you go lad no trouble here 🤐

Are you sure Greenwood has not been charged. I was reading his bail is conditional. That usually means he has been charged.
