And you think Odegaard would have ousted a prime Xavi from Barca’s midfield?

Haaland lucky not to get a straight red there. Did VAR even review it?

Would have missed Chelsea and Man Utd games. The title would have been on its way to the Emirates if he got sent off.

And De Bruyne. Refs scared of their reputation cause the media keep on building them up as the best team in the world.
Would rather City win those games and beat Spurs too. I suppose dropping points vs Chelsea is ok, we are surely too far ahead of them to be caught
Yeah, top 4 >>>>> Winning the league...

Tbh always thought he had a similar style to David Silva just obviously nowhere near as good.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Odegaard can control tempo of games. Something neither Cesc or Silva could do. They were brilliant in the final third though with loads of assists and goals.

Not at the moment. But you have to remember that those players really get better with experince. Did Spurs think that Modric will be as good as he has been after he left them? Barca wanted to sell Xavi in his younger years. I really do believe Ode has potential to be really top class doing that role as he matures.
I remember when J99 used to say Odegarbage in a deeper roll was never effective. Now he is saying he is better than Cesc and Silva ffs.
Fack that much rather City drop points in as many games as possible. We need to ideally be at least 10 points clear of them by the time we play them in mid February.

Just go back and read it again. I am saying he is nothing like Silva and Cesc.
You just said Cesc could never control the tempo of a game. That is Fickle Fiddy levels of sharticomment

Cesc couldn't. Wenger only played him a central two with Flamini and it was all out attack which meant we got countered. After that we were always trying to find the ultimate holding midfield player to partner him.
Why do you think Cesc was never able to replace a 32 year old Xavi?

Cesc’s final ball was miles better, he was a much better finisher, scored all types of goals (even headers) made plenty of runs into the box, how is Odegaard the more ‘complete’ attackerCesc played as a false 9 for Barca and Spain but Odegaard is somehow the more complete attacker. Tu adding to his own wall of shame here.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Odegaard can do all of that though. Cesc was never a dribbler like Odegaard is.
I already said cesc final ball is the best I've ever seen.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
because he was an ELITE midfielder and the best over the last 20 odd years and Barca STILL haven’t replaced him.
And the reason they made cesc play false 9 is because he couldn't run to the levels required for that Barca team
Now Newcastle will score. A matter of time.
I was just about to ask if there was any chance of everton scoring
