We have lost Elneny and Lokonga and brought in Jorginho

Is Jorginho meant to be a backup for Partey?

Or is he a backup for Xhaka, while Kiwior & White are backup for Partey?

I would think so yes.

Arteta compared him to busquets a few years ago, so yeh I think he's gonna compete with partey
