United were piiiiss poor. Footballwise and tactically they had really nothing. The thing is we made them look like a half decent counter attacking team due to individual bad decisions on our side. That really needs to stop.

Otherwise there is a lot we need to improve. We need players on the same high level every game. We havent had that so far. But yeah 3 points in the bag not playing at the highest level....I take it.

Temu Haaland helped them when he came on for sure, but let's see if he's good in front of goal too.
Man Utd will improve but not to win the title, we don't look like a title winning side yet but we know we can get to that level

There are plenty of fantastic players in the PL, including our own team, who didn't cost £106m, so yes Rice is not a £106m player.

Not saying that's how it works. Martinelli came in as a prospect. Other than Saka (who should be far more valuable than Rice), I wouldn't expect us sell any of our players for as much as we bought Rice. I mean Jude Bellingham didn't even cost as much as Rice. I have no problems at all with Rice in our team and thought it was a very good signing (if overvalued) for us, but don't want anyone bleating about how he's a £100m player everytime he has a good performance.

When people refer to a player's value, really all it's saying is that Rice is one of the best in the world at what he does.

Odegaard only cost us £30m but because he has developed and now is one of the best creative midfielders his value is also £100m+.

It's recognition of a player's quality.

So when fans said Rice is not a £100m player, they were saying he is not one of the best DMs in the world. And they continued that nonsense even after the best manager in the world bid £90m for him.

We have played City and Utd now and there is no doubt Rice has been a huge reason why we have got good results against both!
