I personally saw it unfold thinking 'Oh that's interesting, I wonder what the reasoning behind it was', then CEG came in with the information I needed.

Interesting. It's an independent panel that cleared arteta, not the FA.

Hopefully this forces refs to fix up, instead of blaming managers for reacting badly.

Will be interesting to see how editorially Sky proceed with Neville and his sidekick. Arteta has a case to say that the FA targeted him because Sky blew it out of all proportion, as the FA have admitted that they only brought the case because of his profile but have since failed to bring any action on Pep and Klopp for more egregious behaviour.

Arsenal have a top lawyer on their board. There is no such thing as freedom of speech in UK, and we have rather stringent libel laws.

Neville has previous formatting to set the agenda, it's probably coincidence that Neville saying Gabriel was looking for the foul and the VAR guys said the same but remember last season when he started a campaign on us taking 22seconds to deliver a corner

Weird little rat

This isn't just a dismissal of the charges, but an absolutely damning finding against the FA.

It's actually a dismissal with prejudice. Wow

he written reasons for the Arteta decision are fascinating.

The FA effectively tried to argue that Arteta was more worthy of punishment than other managers because of his high profile. That argument was rejected by the independent commission
