Not sure why everyone is focused on the strikers. We were poor in every area of the pitch today and were consequently feeding on scraps upfront. Not like we we wasted a dozen clear cut chances like Liverpool have done over the last 2 league matches. I was particularly surprised by our inability to control the midfield against a Villa team missing 3 midfield regulars. Very poor all around and Arteta didn't get much right today.

Yeah need to move him on. Just an absolute liability

Just looked devoid of energy. Which is surprising considering Villa are the ones who had a Thursday night fixture and were full strength for that match.

We tried to win that at 70% and tbf we should've scored 2 or 3 good chances first half.

Emery pushed up 2nd half and we couldn't up the tempo. Fair play to villa.

Score one in the first half, and villa aren’t getting a sniff. Things become nervy when it’s 0-0

Same issue as last season, Arteta doesn't trust his squad but trusts absolute wasters like Zinchenko and Jesus.

Dont know about you lads but feeling pretty down (obviously). Liverpool absolutely shiiit the bed and even a point gives us a bit of breathing space

They played the Bayern way. We had no answer to create a clear cut chance in the second half. So disappointed.

Point wouldn't have been enough for the fight with City though. They will win the next 4 and the title will be done.
