It's a part of an interview which Arteta gave this journalist Balague recently.

He told him that one day he had the players at Colney and he planted a tree outside of the Emirates. He told the players to care and pay attention of the tree.

Arteta then told the players that if someone poisen the tree he would be out.

The tree is now 3 years old and raised well.

Really expected that last line to be "the tree is now dead"
