I am curious to what happens to Sambi. Getting praise from Klopp while fighting relegation is not to be discounted.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Why would Klopp be praising a bum dosser from another team?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Don't know, ask him. Maybe because he thought even Sambi is better than your man Mac Allister.

Wouldn't surprise me if we entertained offers for all tbh. Obviously Trossard stands out as the most effective player of the season, but will be 31 by the end of his contract. After his exploits it may be the last opportunity to cash in - and if we do add attacking strength he could be the man to miss out. On the other hand, always a useful squad member and to see him go on a free in a few years wouldn't be the worst.
Tomiyasu would be the next contentious one, as he is very useful when fit. But if a German side came calling with a decent offer if may well be worth cashing in.

Lots of our players being overrated tbh. Kane, Saka, Foden, Rice, Bellingham, Walker all top class. Aside from that I think it gets a bit average, other teams arent going to fear the likes of Watkins, Gordon, Bowen, Maddison etc.
I think we got a good shot, but wouldn't bet on us. Kane to bottle it again is probably more likely
I think LB is the only glaring weakness, CM perhaps depending on how Southgate decides to line up.
Otherwise we've got enough quality to be a cohesive unit that's hard to break down but very dangerous up the other end.

Imo depends on Southgate and how brave he is. Granted in international football, it’s generally the norm to be cautious but Euro 2020 was a good example of too cautious. Bellingham and Rice as the two CM and Foden as no 10 is the way. No point playing Foden on the wings. On paper England have the best team other than perhaps France due to their much superior defence.
