Yeah same here. Only started playing football again a couple of months ago after about 2 years of not playing, stamina is fine really, still better than Giroud as well
I've been a "big" lad ever since graduation. Don't really know why. Moved over to Derby and just got Lazy. Was busy with work, a few years of extended hours. Fitness just went downhill.
I played some football and now doing some workout. Healthy food and movement is the key.
I mean without any training at all I cycled 1200 miles in a few weeks. Didnt take it out of me at all.
