His wages wouldn't have been that much compared to Osimhen though
You have to add both together, and that's how you work out amortisation. And those methods have also changed. Which is why we've been more careful with who and how we are buying. This doesn't mean that a big wage or a big fee for a special player is not possible. It's just that if you do buy/sign that player, others buys have to be more reasonable for a window or two.
Should be renamed the accountancy thread
Arsenal were offered the chance of Osimehn in June apparently but rejected the offer. So Osimehn was never an option for Arsenal.
Then why does he have clause for Arsenal, Chelsea in his new contract?

All the clubs that were interested in him. 8, apparently.
He's not even that good ffs
Like I said, Arsenal turned down €120m-€130m. We left the negotiations too early. His value is down to €75m. Still too much in the new climate, imo.
Aye putting all their trust in Havertz and Jesus. Your favourite players.
Osimehn wages was always going to be a problem,in the region of £300K a week i am lead to believe.
€250k/week or £210k/week
Jesus is on £260k a week, apparently.
Osimehn would be class for Arsenal. If Sterlign becomes good again, Arteta clearly has that touch
Sterling will be frustrating at times but he is a type of player we don't have.
He will almost always beat his man 1 v 1 and I think still has that burst of acceleration.
He has got a point to prove big time and I think he will come good

So Osimhen will extend contract with Napoli, the release clause will be lowered to €75m and he maybe allowed to leave Gala in Jan
Looks like the days of £/€100M+ players have gone for a bit.
Hopefully we can get Isak for a good fee next season

Or just get osimhen
This Arsenal U21 ain't very good. Kabia is really fast but the others are meh.
Against a senior side 😳
Just remember those Wenger U21 sides. tbf Ethan, Cozier Dubs and Chido were standouts. I suppose they are rebuilding. Can't see the next one. Kabia?
