why can't teams mark Gabriel on corners?. He is basically the only threat . I would put 3 guys on him

His acceleration start speed is too fast HK, he does a simple shimmy your body goes in one direction by the time you adjust he is 3 strides away.

Obviously I’m hugely bias on this, but MotD this season without Ian Wright is really highlighting how badly they will miss Gary Lineker when he leaves.

Even Dion Dublin, who I like, on last night, and already a television personality of sorts, lacks whatever it needs to bring things to life.

Danny Murphy has always seemed an energy drain, even alongside Lineker and Wright. I’ve no idea what they see in him that I’m missing.

Joe Hart and Ashley Williams both lack charisma, and Micah Richards is too one dimensional.

Even Theo, who I thought seemed decent to begin with, more recently seems to be trying too hard to fit in, than actually offer something different.

Not particularly keen on Mark Chappers Chapman, but he’s better than the low bar set by all the above.

The BBC will probably replace Lineker with Robbie Savage 😑
