Fair enough. Didn't know he was on strike at the time. Only remember the Liverpool quote.

The Liverpool game was a couple of days before he signed.
They had a training ground bust up the week before and Trossard stormed off and told his agent to get him out.

I've always felt Trossard was an emergency signing after Mudryk deal fell through. I don't think he was ever a long term target. And he has served his purpose, imo.
Much rather keep Jesus/Martinelli as left wide players and buy a striker. And that only because I don't think we will get value for Jesus because of his wages and lack of goals.
