Might miss the Ipswich match as we’ll be at the missus’ folks. Do Amazon have a rewatch feature for PL games?
posted 3 hours, 47 minutes ago
Yes but you will have to listen to Ally McCoist

McCoist is peebs man

Saka going to be out for a while. Who replaces him?
posted 2 hours, 10 minutes ago
Considering the January fixtures, we may have to play a 2nd string team in the fa cup v united
posted 2 hours, 7 minutes ago
play martinelli on the right, and buy/loan a winger in the jan transfer window

Numerous options, won't just be one player.

I've asked before, what about trying to buy Mbuemo?

Very good player
Again, would cost 50M at least

Yes we have personal that can fill the saka void but it really ruins our balance on that side of the pitch. The saka and Odegaard partnership is the most important part of our attacking play
But Saka is injured, you can't just throw the toys out the pram and sulk like a toddler. You find solutions.
It may actually make us less predictable - and you are the biggest moaner about Saka in away games and everything going down the right...

1 - Martinelli right and Trossard left.
2 - Trossard right and Martinelli left
3 - Sterling if he is fit before Saka
4 - Nwaneri
5 - Jesus right with Havertz up top
6 - Havertz right with Jesus up top
7 - Odegaard with Partey, Rice, Havertz/Merino midfield
8 - Change the formation
9 - Send Sterling back to Chelsea and loan in someone
10 - Buy someone.
Saka will be a massive miss because he is top class. But Arteta should be prepared for him missing games and have the solutions ready to limit the impact. That is part of his job and the whole point of having a squad.

Ethan listed as 2 footed, he's predominantly left footed like Saka though I think
posted 1 hour, 35 minutes ago
So hopefully we see him start on the right a few times during this period
posted 1 hour, 22 minutes ago
Yeah, Nwaneri played in that role a lot in youth football, for both club and country. Probably better for him at this stage of his development than in the Ode role as well. If we can keep Timber fit and available he will have a solid RB behind him and Ode holding his hand.

we definitely have to buy someone
Buy who? We already got Sterling in to cover Saka.
Bet he's only out for 2 weeks.

Mbuemo, he can play CF also
Way too expensive for a squad player. Brentford wouldn't let him go easily either, so by the time the deal is done Saka would be back.
