City suspended Mendy. United suspended Greenwood.

There was evidence in the public domain for Greenwood though so I don't think that's comparable. I know there were some messages circulated, but there were a lot of gaps left out of the conversation.

Mendy would be comparable, but City got taken to court after that so would make sense it's part of our thinking.

They have been investigating for 2 years so they will have a comprehensive case I am sure.
The CPS is not the judge and jury, they just assess the police case and decide if they have a strong enough case to take it to court.
