The CEO/CFOs I have met since the budget have all said that they are missing Sunak. Specifically, stating his economic policies were better and on track to reduce inflation. They don't have confidence in Reeves. It's not at Truss levels, but who knows what happens. Most of their analysts who are economists are whispering stagflation.

I've not met a single person through work or personally who has said they're missing Sunak but sod anecdotes, can you link me any credible article making that arguement?

I am not a reporter. I couldn't care less what journalists think at the start of a possible recession. This is not some theoretical discussion. I am only writing here what bosses of SMEs are telling me when they hire my consultancy. They are all crying recession with a hard landing because of the stupidity of an inflationary budget at a time when inflation was not in control. I don't need an article written 6 months after the fact to see whats happening. Just read the front page of BBC news website.

You can read every page on the BBC website and you won't find a single line saying "we miss Sunak"

And thats your point? We miss Sunak has not written by a journalist? Wait for the recession. And if Labour are able to avoid it. I will be happy to congratulate them.
