Akpom did well yesterday but first team football in the PL League is surely different.
Of course it's different. But what has Sanogo done to deserve a run up front? Can't score for shít and hasn't scored in top flight football for over a year. As for Bendtner.

Serial got owned. Seems like a recurring theme day in day out.

Both Akpom and Sanogo are not good enough at the moment, maybe in a few years time. What we need is a top class striker in summer, wit Giroud as back up and Sanogo/Akpom fighting for the 3rd spot
Can't really risk playing Akpom at this stage of the seaon with so much at stake.
Even if Ligue 2 was the same standard as League 1, Sanogo still scored 10 more than Chuba has.
---------------------
Well no, French Ligue 1 is the same standard as League 2.
As for the 1 in 11 games prior, Sanogo wasn't ready.
----------------
So when Sanogo started off it's "he's not ready" and when Akboom is starting off it's "he hasn't shown anything, he's playing with kids, blah blah were's my joint"?!
Your opinion is akin of that with someone with his bald meth head firmly dug into the ground in the hope that Sanogo might (hopefully, pretty please, fingers crossed) turn out to be half decent, when in fact he has shown nothing in his entire career as a professional footballer to suggest he isn't a useless french donkey with a dodgy injury record.
Just reading about Diaby. The set back he had in October/November and the surgery that follow that was due to a nosocomial infection!!!
I thought that was happening only in "low standard" hospital.
Should the club sue the hospital?

If we can "risk" starting a useless crocked postman up front, we can risk starting a good youth player on the bench.
That chance Sanogo had vs Stoke showed to me that he isn;t even a natural finisher. If that chance came to Akboom, he would have scored.
Oh and Diaby
He thinks he'll make the World Cup. Not sure if he'll be fit in time for the 2018 World Cup, let alone this coming World Cup.
And it is all rather a pointless debate seeing as Akpom is on loan at Coventry and thus cannot even play for the Arsenal first team this season.
Robben signing a new contract until 2017.
Ribery is not leaving either.
Bayern don't need Draxler
Draxler ..... welcome to Arsenal
budget is announced today
The only time Sanogo has ever shown some kind of form is in the 2nd tier french league, with vastly inferior players/opposition than most of the English leagues.
Akboom has experience playing in English leagues, he has experience playing with top players, and considering he has been part of the Arsenal setup for years, he should have been an option on the bench. Especially since his "competition" cannot score a goal in between them.
Akboom >>>> Sanogo
