Giroud is not the only problem. The bigger problem is no runners from midfield and lack of pace.
Tell them....HK.

OK, I get this - I do.
The problem is if you watch quality counter attacking teams is that they don't just magically have fast players who make runs. it's not just about literal running.
You must have someone either up top like Bony or Benteke who will hold the ball for a little while whilst your players make runs beyond him OR you must have a deep lying playmaker like Xabi Alonso or Chris H to play long balls over the ball to the wide area to runners.
You CANNOT have players like Arteta, Cazorla and Giroud who cannot hold on to the ball to save their lives. How is Ox yesterday meant to make a run beyond when he knows we will lose the ball if he doesn't help to keep it.
People must get over this logic that every team on earth requires a speedster like Walcott to play good attacking football. I've seen City play with David Silva and Nasri wide, who are both slow as sh/t but they smash teams to shreds.
Wouldn't bet against it

Yeah. anonymous surfers are the most generous types who are always willing to make you feel better.
GT logic :
Without Giroud we would of had to play every game with 10 men and surely we would be lower than 4th. Giroud must stay because of it.

What do you know about my logic. Absolute nothing. Would be happy if you keep concentrate on your own logic in the first place.

Chris, pace is one thing but urgency is also required. City play direct fotball, not tippy tappy in midfield. The e ground was screaming when we were 1-0 down and the players were just happy to pass it around.
Mert gets the ball, he plays it to Arteta/Flamini, play it to Sagna, who plays it back to Arteta/Flamini who play it back to Mert. Pointless passing.

Yes very true. I think this is because we play too safe, rather keep the ball than take a risk with direct passing.
GT why can't you admit you were wrong about Giroud and he is just plain shít.
Yes, there are other problems in the team, but he is our biggest problem. Surely you can admit this?
