its my opinion that there isn't a CRM out there that SME's can identify with and use easily.
They always end up not using the database properly or just only using half of it and wasting a lot of their subscription

Probably half-true.
They are always the same though, for SME's.
Always think it's a brilliant idea, then realise it's just too much time wasted by employees/

Im currently at a place that bought a CRM 5 years ago... changed the marketing manager a year later (who was in charge of the project for some reason) and only at the end of last year decided they should implement it
they've be paying for 7 users the whole facking time
Lucky i got put in touch with them tbh, nearly all done with user guides in a week
I read a lot of boring, pointless nonsense on Wikipedia - but that one will take some beating. My brain won't forgive my eyes for some time.
Its a bit of a mess of a page tbh
CRM is an incredibly boring subject to be fair.
No surprise CEG is involved with it.
