Remember when we signed Adebayor Diaby and Theo and one other guy I can't remember in a January transfer window? So good.

Sagna has taken the whole lot of us for mugs. No way he gets offered the sort of contract he demanded from us at Inter or elsewhere. He is too old.

Sagna will be past it at end of season. Unless we plan on bringing another young right back into the club that is first team standard and can learn of Sagna. Don't forget though Sagna ability to play anywhere across back four is quite valuable.

True. He would be ok doing a Thuram. What worries me is that injuries at his age mean months out. And Sagna collects broken legs. I wonder if he has brittle bone disease or something.

To be fair he's been one of our fittest players this season j99. I still think we should buy another top right back and use Sagna as a squad player. His experience is needed for youngsters like Jenko and Bellerin. Plus with Vermaelen likely going.
