Not convinced on Alexis and he did OK yesterday but imo not as well as some of his team mates.

If we are going to replace place Santi, I would prefer someone like Reus.

All the opposition have to do in the above is put a defender on Ozil and we would be b/uggered for creativity. Thats why Wenger always has 2 creative players and two direct players in the front line.

Pires/Dennis
Cesc/Rosicky
Cesc/Nasri
Santi/Benny
Ozil/Santi

Vidal's a fackin monster. Love the way the whole team play.

Spain from 4 years ago maybe could have beaten them but the result was as much to do with Chile being awesome as it was Spain being terrible/bored/tired

I think Chile took advantage of a very poor Spain. Remember the Dutch put 5 past this Spain team and were then exposed by the Aussies. Chile will be knackered by the knock-out stages. They rely too much on counter attack and don't hold possession long enough.

Jenius & Dave

A full energy Chile would beat Brazil i think, but do they risk burnout by going for it v Holland? Croatia/Mexico would be a tough game too, so maybe it's better for them if they are fresh for the 2nd round regardless of the opposition.

Wenger said yesterday that most of the team spent 4-5 weeks in high altitude prior to the tournament. It could be a huge factor of their success.

Morning btw
