Even without the £20m caveat, I'd say it would be difficult.

Doubt we'll be seeing another transfer window like that at Arsenal for some time.

Although Fabregas, RvP, Reyes, Lehmann and Clichy for less than £16m is decent, especially considering Reyes was 13m.

Problem is these days every player who is available on the cheap is already scouted by 10 clubs and they move fast

That was basically the transfer window that made Arsenal and Arsene what they are today.
