4-1-4-1 with a real footballer as DM could potentially work, but i much prefer 4-2-3-1.
The gaps between defence and midfield and attack are just far too big at the moment. And having Flamini and Arteta, who i'm sure use zimmerframes off the pitch, as our only options there is just laughable.
The worst thing is, we potentially have a stronger starting 11 than Liverpool, but i can see us getting absolutely hammered by them again this season because Wenger's tactical ineptness is getting worse.

We should have done our homework first and that is to buy defensive cover first. With Giroud upfront yesterday we would have won against Leicester.

With Sanogo up front it's like playing with 10 v 12.

If our midfield playing like this you can play any tactic and formation. It wont work.

We may have won, but the problems yesterday were all over the pitch, which the worrying thing.
When the rest of team plays well but Sanogo/Giroud misfire then it's not as worrying as we just scream at them and blame Wenger for not signing a striker.....but when the whole team is shít? That goes further than personnel......there is something not right.

As I said, Wenger is wrecking the guy's career.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Brining in a top striker would have ended Giroud's career. So full protect mode. And lets face it, lexi, Wenger would have preferred not bringing in anyone if Sanogo had scored a few goals. I am glad we got a draw against a shiite team to make Wenger move.
